OSCAR finds the name on the Avacal LoI of March 30, 2019 as submitted.

Submission was orignally pended last month to confirm with client (also a commenting herald) to change the base coat of the paly to Or.


4: Bubba of Fettercairn -Resub Augmentation of Arms

OSCAR finds the name on the Avacal LoI of March 30, 2019 as submitted.

Base device needed to be fixed before augmentation could happen. That is previous on this letter. It was also returned due to lack of funds being received. This has been fixed.

Addition of black bordure around the eschetcheon of the Avacal populace badge reduces the issues with contrast for the previous return.
