These are obviously not natural dolphins. Nor are they heraldic dolphins.

My Net image searches find that every dolphin in heraldry--period or post-period--or in a period illumination has a big head, often with thick lips and occasionally with fangs or tusks. Most of them have bodies tapering more or less rapidly from those heads, and those whose bodies do not taper much are invariably chunky, not sleek like the creatures in the submission. Batonvert's illustration at http://mistholme.com/dictionary/dolphin/ is (of course) typical.

Submitter should either draw dolphins or accept a blazon of

Azure, within two moray eels in annulo a garb Or

I propose the latter as a serious possibility. Compare the photo of a green moray eel below, from https://www.aqua.org/Experience/Animal-Index/green-moray-eel. The OED says the name appears in English as early as 1624, and notes that some species inhabit the Mediterranean, so there should be no SFPP.

Just blazon them as fish, there's no need to be more specific.

There has been a good deal of discussion recently about how to blazon two creatures in annulo like this. Doubtless another commenter will have the latest ruling on the matter. Agree that they don't look like dolphins of any kind. Versus Grosvenor, "Azure, a garb Or", we see just one DC for the fish.

With this drawing, I'm not really clear what's primary, which may well be reason for return in and of itself. In color, the fish (I concur, they are neither natural nor heraldic dolphins) are brighter than the garb due to all the internal details darkening the garb's apparent color, but visual weight of each charge is about the same, which would possibly make for the argument of a single primary group of three charges.

However, the arrangement goes against that--if it was a single primary group, it would have to be immediately returned for Unity issues, with two charges in annulo and one not.

That leaves us with two options, a primary garb with secondary fish, or primary fish and a secondary garb. If the garb is primary, we have an obvious conflict--Grosvenor. If the fish are primary (which would be the odder choice, given that they're encircling a single charge in the center of the field, but it's possible under SENA), it's technically clear of Grosvenor, but we wind up with a different conflict:

Sheridan of the Mists Either the name or the following device associated it (or both) were registered in January of 1973: Azure, two fish counter-embowed in annulo Or.

(We could request art to see if, for example, Sheridan's fish are arranged in fess rather than in pale, but I suspect they're not, and I'm not sure it would matter for two charges in annulo anyway...)

Given the very well known nature of the modern conflict here, it's hard not to see this as "Grosvenor with an added charge group", but no matter which way you slice it, there's a clear and immediate reason for return:

Three co-primary charges must be returned for violation of Unity of arrangement/posture

Primary garb must be returned for conflict with Grosvenor

Primary fish must be returned for conflict with Sheridan of the Mists.

And that's not even getting into the blurring of the charge groups issue, nor the fact that these aren't actually dolphins, both of which should be brought to the submitters attention upon return.
