Submitter desires a masculine name.
Client requests authenticity for 12th Century Norman.

Chronica de duabus civitatibus - written by Otto of Freising in 1158.

Cote du Ciel is my local group. I would like to use "de" as the attaching word for the byname because I am playing as a mid 12th century Norman, and "Cote du Ciel" is an appropriately french name. I would like to stick with Otto because I've been going by Otto for the last two years, even though it's not a good French name, it's geographically and chronologically relatively close.
