Unto the Outlands College of Heralds, our respected friends and colleagues who give freely of their time to provide commentary, and all others who come by these letters, on this 9th day of December, A.S. LIII (2018 CE), does the Honorable Lord Gauvain Eisenbein send greetings on behalf of His Excellency Timothy O'Brien, White Stag Principal Herald.

Here follows the Kingdom of the Outlands' Letter of Presentation for November, 2018. This Letter contains all complete submissions received by Castle Herald between October 2 and November 1.

Anyone may comment upon the items found herein, and e-mail commentary to the herald's commentary list is encouraged. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome. Please have comments on items contained herein to Rampart Herald by December 21st, 2018. The December Rampart commentary meeting will be held online on December 19th. As a reminder, the College of Arms requests commentary on all items, including appeals.

Submissions heralds are strongly urged to review the guidelines at: "http://rampart.outlandsheralds.org/#castle_instructions", as items not meeting these guidelines will be pended. Pended items will be administratively returned after they have appeared on three Letters of Presentation.

OSCAR finds the name registered exactly as it appears in July of 1986, via the Outlands.

Gold Castle Herald

Meaning ("Gold Castle Herald") most important.

This is a heraldic title following the "Heraldic Charge" pattern. A castle is a valid heraldic charge documented in the 3rd Edition of the PicDic (http://mistholme.com/dictionary/castle/), and gold is one of the usual heraldic metals, though usually stated as "Or".
