Outlands LoP dated 2017-09-14

Unto the Outlands College of Heralds, our respected friends and colleagues who give freely of their time to provide commentary, and all others who come by these letters, on this 14th day of September, A.S. LII (2017 CE), does the Honorable Lord Gauvain Eisenbein send greetings on behalf of Master Angus Reid MacFarlane, White Stag Principal Herald.

Here follows the Kingdom of the Outlands' Letter of Presentation for August, 2017. This Letter contains all complete submissions received by Castle Herald between July 2 and August 1.

Anyone may comment upon the items found herein, and e-mail commentary to the herald's commentary list is encouraged. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome. Please have comments on items contained herein to Rampart Herald by September 23rd, 2017. The next online Rampart meeting will be held September 19th, 2017. As a reminder, the College of Arms requests commentary on all items, including appeals.

Submissions heralds are strongly urged to review the guidelines at: "http://rampart.outlandsheralds.org/#castle_instructions", as items not meeting these guidelines will be pended. Pended items will be administratively returned after they have appeared on three Letters of Presentation.

When sending a separate payment to Castle that is not accompanied by a submissions package, please be sure and include a cover note that explains what the payment is for. Checks that cannot be tied to a submission will be assumed to be a donation to the Outlands College of Heralds. You do not have to send a single check for each submission, I just need to know what submissions a given check is supposed to cover.
