1: Aspasia Bevilacqua -New Badge

OSCAR finds the name on the An Tir LoI of August 17, 2017 as submitted.

(Fieldless) Perched upon the back of a coney courant azure, an owl contourny Or

2: Elina of York -New Name & New Device

Per chevron purpure and Or, two cat pawprints and a cat sejant counterchanged

Submitter desires a feminine name.
Sound (As spelled) most important.

Elina is found in Family Search:

Elina, Female, 10 June 1572, Birchington, England, B04730-9

Elina Lambert, Female, 23 August 1568, Redbourne, Lincolnshire, England, B05232-8

"of York" is a locative byname. The city of York is first mentioned in a period text in 625 and the spelling of the city's name is unchanged to the present. Cited by the Academy of St. Gabriel (http://s-gabriel.org/names/badger/placenames.html#Y

Correction to Name (2018-Sep-10 18:09:31): Regarding the potential conflict raised by OSCAR:

We have to compare <Ellen> and <Elina>. SENA PN.3.C.2 says in part, "The addition or removal of a syllable makes two names substantially different in sound." I think <Ellen> is pronounced /EL-ehn/ and <Elina> is pronounced /EL-ehn-@/. Technically, the schwa sound at the end of <Elina> is addition of a syllable, but I think <Elina> is a spelling variant of <Elena>, which itself is found under the heading <Ellen> in Feminine Given Names in A Dictionary of English Surnames by Talan Gwynek (http://heraldry.sca.org/names/reaneyAG.html). I'd think that it would be a call for Pelican. Otherwise, the rest of the name is fundamentally identical.

3: Isabella Peccettii -New Name & New Device

Submitter desires a feminine name.
No major changes.
