This letter contains the issues raised in the May 2023 LoAR for CoA discussion. The text in this letter is copied verbatim from that LoAR; it is provided here for convenience. As with a May 2023 LoI, these matters are currently scheduled for the Pelican and Wreath meetings in August 2023. Original commentary, responses, and rebuttals to commentary must be entered into OSCAR no later than Monday, July 31, 2023.

1: Isabel Vargas de Huancavelica Inca - New Device OSCAR is unable to find the name, either registered or submitted. Per saltire argent and Or, a jaguar statant guardant sable This device is pended to redraw the jaguar to more closely match the period examples. This is the defining instance of a jaguar in Society armory. The jaguar is well-attested in pre-Columbian artwork. This was item 7 on the Atenveldt letter of February 25, 2023.
