This is a proposal for a new table in the Glossary of Terms. It identifies the default arrangement of charges (primary, secondary, and tertiary) based on the number of charges.
OSCAR doesn't handle tables, so each item includes the relevant portion of the table as an image. Each item deals with a specific number of changes (column 1) and is subdivided into primary, secondary, and tertiary charges (column 2). Each of those sections includes a number of fields (for primary charges) or charges (for secondary and tertiary charges) and the default arrangement (if there is one).

The note that will appear at the end of the table:
Note: Per the November 2012 Cover Letter, "charges in a single group split in two by a field division or a central ordinary that are placed to reasonably fill the space available to them and that are similar to period patterns will be considered to be in a default arrangement, and they do not require their exact positioning to be blazoned."
