The previous iteration of this sub, Argent a raven rising maintaining in its claws a needle bendwise between in chief two crescents pendant in chevron inverted and in base a spool of thread sable (see image 1), was returned on the July 2022 LoAR with the following statement:

This device is returned per SENA A3D2c, for lack of unity of orientation of the secondary crescents and spool of thread.
