Language/Culture (Old Norse for Theodric (attested on Rok Runestone)) most important.
Culture (Old Norse for Theodric (attested on Rok Runestone)) most important.

Þeodric - Withycombe, s.n. Theodoric dates the Theodric spelling to 1086. Per SENA Appendix D: http://heraldry.sca.org/sena.html#AppendixD1d "Old English: The letters ð (edh) and þ (thorn) are generally interchangeable in Old English. Both may be transcribed as th or d; this need not be consistent in the same name." The client prefers to register the name with the thorn character.

Ulfsbani - constructed Old Norse byname using the pattern [name]+[killer] <Ulfr> masculine Norse given name found in GB, p. 15 + <bani>

-<Assabani>, Snorri, Biskupa sögur, 1146. "Assi's-bane, Assi's-killer". Snorri killed Þorgrímr assi.

-<Koðransbani>, Hallr, Heimskringa, Morkinskinna, †1064. "slayer of Koðran", because he had killed Koðrán Guðmundsson, cf. Ljósvetinga saga.

-<Selsbani>, Ásbjǫrn, Heimskringla, †1024. "Seal's slayer", because he had killed Þórir selr or Selþórir, King Ólafr's manager.

-<Þiðrandabani>, Gunnarr, Laxdæla saga, Austfirdinga sögur, early 1000s. "Slayer of Þiðrandi", because he had killed Þiðrandi Geitisson.

Old English and Old Norse (Scandinavian) are listed as approved regional mixes per SENA Appendix C: https://heraldry.sca.org/sena.html#AppendixCEnglishWelsh
