Page 81 shows the prototheme Visva in names like Visvakarman, Visvanatha and Visvadatta. Page 91 shows the duterotheme mitra in the name Abhayamitra.
Vimala: Common name found in "Buddhist Dictionary of Pali Proper Names," website. Listed as "One of the four friends of Yasa who, following the latter's example, joined the Order and attained arahantship." Source Vin.i.18f. Vin is abbreviated from "Vinaya Pitaka," 5 vols., ed. Oldenberg (Williams and Norgate). "Vinaya Pitaka" is canonical collection of scripture of Theravada Buddhism.
