11: Twin Moons, barony of, Order of Athena of Twin Moons -New Order Name & New Badge

Azure, a pall inverted bretissed between two moons in their plenitude and a Corinthian helmet argent.
Azure, a pall inverted bretissed between two moons in their plenitude and a Corinthian helmet argent.
No major changes.
Athena is a Greek deity associated with wisdom, Agriculture and the protection of the state. (
https://oscar.sca.org/s.php?u=501
[ www.perseus.tufts.edu ] ).
Per the July 2023 LoAR Cover Letter, the pattern "Order of <deity> is an allowed generic passed for order names, allowing Order of Athena." The addition of the branch name, registered in April 1993, allows it to avoid conflict with the Barony of Angels' Order of Athena (Kingdom of Caid).
While I'd guess that a Corinthian helmet would look like this (and something that Athena would wear, there are only two Corinthian helmets listed in the Armorial and Orinary.

 12: Verity Fynamore -New Device
OSCAR finds the name on the Atenveldt LoI of July 31, 2023 as submitted.
Argent, a beehive gules beset by bees proprer, on a gore azure, a badger's head erased facing to sinister grey marked argent.
This change of name appears in the 7/31/23 Atenveldt Letter of Intent. It is a name change fromMedb McLeod; Medb's currently-registered device, Per saltire Or and gules, in pale two lotus blossoms in profile and in fess two dragonflies counterchanged., is to be maintained as a badge.
She blazoned the badger head as "grey" for the dark portions to avoid problems with the azure gore. However, I feel that the head is about equally "dark" and "light" to have the head sable and argent.
