East ILoI dated 2023-09-12

Greetings unto the heralds of the East Kingdom and the Known World!

This is the first of three Pennsic letters for the East, and additionally contains a small handful of submissions received in the days between creating the August iLoI and the opening of Pennsic Heralds Point. Please note that several items have an erroneous "No holding name" indicated; this appears to be an OSCAR error. Commentary will close on October 12th.

You may also notice that these items appear less polished than is usual for an Eastern letter; we invite commenters, especially newer commenters, to turn their hands to tightening documentation and improving blazons, in places where that is appropriate. However, this should never come at the expense of the basics: conflict checks and documentation checks.

We additionally remind commenters that the Kingdom garden is a space of learning and encouragement; newer heralds should feel welcome to contribute, and experienced heralds should provide support and guidance.

We thank you for your commentary, and commend the following items for your attention.
