To all the College of Arms and all others who may read this missive, from Emma Laurel, Elisabetta Pelican, and Iago Wreath, greetings.
This letter contains the issues raised in the June 2023 LoAR for CoA discussion. The text in this letter is copied verbatim from that LoAR; it is provided here for convenience. As with an August 2023 LoI, these matters are currently scheduled for the Pelican and Wreath meetings in November 2023. Original commentary, responses, and rebuttals to commentary must be entered into OSCAR no later than Tuesday, October 31, 2023.
 1: Orabella Swanby - New Device OSCAR finds the name registered exactly as it appears in January of 2023, via Ealdormere. Sable, a double rose Or and purpure barbed vert, seeded Or, a chief argent This device is pended to allow commentary on the correct artwork. The emblazon that appeared in the LoI is not on the correct shield shape, and no replacement was made, as required by the Administrative Handbook:
