East LoI dated 2020-01-31

To Juliana de Luna, Laurel; Alys Mackyntoich, Pelican; Cormac Mor, Wreath; and the esteemed members of the College of Arms, the East Kingdom sends greetings and all good things.

If Muirenn Blue Tyger consulted on any submissions on this letter, decisions were made by Lilie Pantheon and Sláine Diademe.
