Outlands LoP dated 2019-10-31

Unto the Outlands College of Heralds, our respected friends and colleagues who give freely of their time to provide commentary, and all others who come by these letters, on this 31st day of October, A.S. LIV (2019 CE), does the Honorable Lord Gauvain Eisenbein send greetings on behalf of Master Timothy O'Brien, White Stag Principal Herald.

Here follows the Kingdom of the Outlands' Letter of Presentation for October, 2019. This Letter contains all complete submissions received by Gold Castle Herald between September 2 and October 1.

Anyone may comment upon the items found herein, and e-mail commentary to the herald's commentary list is encouraged. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome. Please have comments on items contained herein to Rampart Herald by November 19th, 2019. The September Rampart commentary meeting will be held online on November 20th. As a reminder, the College of Arms requests commentary on all items, including appeals.

As of June 2nd, Gold Castle is no longer authorized to accept payments for heraldic submissions. All payment much be routed through a local group who will send payment directly to the Kingdom Exchequer. Similarly, Gold Castle no longer accepts paper submission - all submissions must be made electronically through a local herald, following the electronic submission guidelines found at: http://rampart.outlandsheralds.org/#castle_instructions.

Finally, after nearly six years of data entry fun, I am in the process of looking for a dedicated person to take over the job of Gold Castle Herald. If you are interested, please inform myself and White Stag so we can talk about what the job entails.
