Mongo Andrew Blackheart

Mongo This name was last registered: Mongo Checheg This alternate name was registered to Cosma Drago in June of 2011 (via Ansteorra).

The name Mongo is apparently considered derogatory and insulting mundanely, but may or may not be registerable. However, Mungo is a Scots Given Name and a form of the same name: Index of Scots names found in Dictionary of the Older Scottish Tongue: Mungo by Sara L. Uckelman

Lists Mongo 2 times in 1490 and 1592 and Mungo 2 times in 1608 and 1642

This byname was last registered Raven Blackheart This name was registered in August of 1996 (via An Tir). I could not find what was used as documentation, and it may or may not now be registerable in that form.

Index of Scots names found in Dictionary of the Older Scottish Tongue by Sara L. Uckelman Lists Blak 6 times in 1475, 1535-6, 1548, 1597, 1601, and 1607-7 Blac 2 times in 1337 and 1356 blak 1 time in 1448 and Blakk 1 time in 1490

Heart Index of Scots names found in Dictionary of the Older Scottish Tongue: Hart by Sara L. Uckelman Lists Hart 2 time in 1515 and 1548 Hartes 2 time in 1622 and Hert 1 time in 1515-6

"Heart" in that spelling appears to be a problem, but Reaney & Wilson; English Surnames has Names like Blackadder and Blackbird, so Blackhart might also be plausible based upon the color + animal model.
