Lochac KLoI dated 2019-08-24 Unto the Lochac College of Heralds does Lord Bjǫrn Bjarnylr Bassason ór Bjarneyu, Rocket Herald, being submissions deputy to the noble Lady Amanda Martel, Crux Australis Principal Herald of the majestic and seagirt Kingdom of Lochac, send Greetings! A few of these items have been submitted in some unfortunately difficult formats. These are usually things that I can relatively comfortably remedy for the purposes of uploading to OSCAR, but it does reduce the attention I can give each submission. All forms need to be in JPEG format, between 2330-2700 x 3150-4350 resolution, and 300dpi or they won't be accepted by OSCAR. The Lochac electronic forms (found at http://herald.lochac.sca.org/forms/submissions/) comfortably fit into this range at 2550x3300. When you edit these forms, please ensure that whatever image-editing software you use doesn't alter the file format, dpi, or resolution outside of acceptable tolerances. Because these forms have to come in an image format, please send the textual information in the form along with the submission. All of the documentation and whatnot has to be entered into OSCAR and manually formatted, so I distinctly appreciate any submitters/consulting heralds who save me from the arduous task of re-typing out documentation that they've already typed. Similarly, please include any scans as separate image files. They don't have to be on the form itself. It won't really hurt or help whether they are on the form or not, but there needs to be a separate file to upload to OSCAR. I've got a few more of these, especially "this isn't necessary, but it would make my job easier" ones, but I'll leave them to a later date rather than over-encumbering this letter with them all. If you feel like your emails to Rocket are kind of like shouting into the void, I'm sorry about that. I'm going to work on being more responsive to submissions, rather than just silently dumping them on OSCAR and moving on. The more submissions I receive with the above, the easier that will be. So, without further ado, It is our intent to register the following items.
1: Catalÿn Gárdonyi -New Name
