Outlands LoP dated 2019-01-16

Unto the Outlands College of Heralds, our respected friends and colleagues who give freely of their time to provide commentary, and all others who come by these letters, on this 16th day of January, A.S. LIII (2019 CE), does the Honorable Lord Gauvain Eisenbein send greetings on behalf of His Excellency Timothy O'Brien, White Stag Principal Herald.

Here follows the Kingdom of the Outlands' Letter of Presentation for December, 2018. This Letter contains all complete submissions received by Castle Herald between December 2 and January 1.

Anyone may comment upon the items found herein, and e-mail commentary to the herald's commentary list is encouraged. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome. Please have comments on items contained herein to Rampart Herald by February 19th, 2019. The January Rampart commentary meeting will be held online on February 20th 16th. As a reminder, the College of Arms requests commentary on all items, including appeals.

Sawliſkis - masculine locative byname for the town of Šiauliai in Lithuania, the location of a battle in 1236 (source:, retrieved on 11/18/2018).

SENA allows the use of German, North Slavic, Russian/East Slavic, and Scandinavian as languages that can be combined with Baltic names.

The proper construction of the patronymic is Broddadóttir or Broddadottir if the submitter desires to continue not using the accents. Submitter is advised in the future to submit any documentation on letter sized 300 DPI jpeg scans instead of 1/4 page sizes as those sizes are problematic for archival purposes.
