This letter will open for commentary by heralds from outside of An Tir on the 18th of November.

Commentators, please cite references to SENA when noting problems. Please provide executive summaries for any extended commentary. Thank you

1: Diego de la Rosa -Resub Device

OSCAR finds the name registered exactly as it appears in October of 2021, via An Tir.

Per pall argent, azure and purpure, a rose slipped and leaved sable and two bulls combatant argent

Submitter is from Glyn Dwfn

This device was originally returned on http://heraldry.sca.org/loar/2021/10/21-10lar.html#20 for conflict with the device of
Marie D'Agincourt, Per pall argent, purpure, and azure, a cinquefoil vert and two icosahedra argent.
There is a DC for changing the type of more than half of the primary charge group, but no DCs for the difference in tincture between the cinquefoil and the rose, which are considered by SENA A5C2d to be less than half the charge group. By long-held precedent, slipping and leaving a flower does not contribute difference.

Original submission attached for reference.
