Unto the Sovereigns and other members of the College of Arms of the Society, come greetings from Dietrich von Sachsen, Green Mantle Herald.

It is the intent of the Ealdormere College of Heralds to submit the following for your consideration.

1: Ealdormere, Kingdom of - New Badge

OSCAR finds the name registered exactly as it appears in June of 1999, via Ealdormere.

Argent, three spoons in fess, on a chief gules three trillums argent

This submission is to be associated with Office of the Commissariat

There is a SFPP for the use of New-World Trilliums.


2: Jóbjorn leðrblaka - New Badge

OSCAR finds the name registered exactly as it appears in July of 2010, via Ealdormere.

(Fieldless) A sea-bat erect, wings elevated and addorsed azure tailed sable.

There was discussion at Internal level about whether or not the default posture for a sea-bat was displayed (as is a regular bat or reremouse) or erect (as is the case for sea-creatures.)

If the former, then this is a SFPP, as per Mistholme, a bat in any other posture than displayed guardant is a SFPP.


3: Kerstiken Janz - New Name

Submitter desires a feminine name.

4: Rhiannon of Woolcombe - New Name & New Device

Argent, a vegetable lamb vert fructed of sheep sable, on a chief azure three combs argent.

Submitter desires a feminine name.
No major changes.
Sound (Wool Comb) most important.

Rhiannon: Submitter's legal name. Proof will be attached with the packet.

of Woolcombe: English place name in Dorset, recorded as Wellecombe, Wellacome, or Wilecome in the Domesday Book.
