Northshield LoI dated 2018-01-31

Greetings unto Juliana Laurel, Alys Pellican, Cormac Wreath, and the various members of the College of Arms, greetings from HL Iohannes Glenfidanus, Polaris Herald, and his deputy Mira Fastova, Keythong Herald of Northshield.

What follows is the January 2018 Letter of Intent for the Kingdom of Northshield. We are requesting registration for these items.

We would like to thank all of the heralds, from within Kingdom and without, who contributed comments on OSCAR for the Northshield December Internal Letter of Intent.
