Internal commentary cited a possible conflict with Aidan of Kilkenny registered July 2015 (via Atlantia):

Argent, three sheaves of arrows sable flighted vert. Nothing for the number of arrows 8 vs. 9. The question raised was whether it was a DC or SC for arrangement.

SENA A.5.E.4 states in part, "Change of Arrangement of the Primary Charge Group: A new submission which substantially changes the arrangement of the primary charges from a piece of protected armory does not conflict with it."

A sheaf is shorthand for two charges in saltire surmounted by a third charge palewise. This arrangement is not specifically listed in SENA A.5.E.4, which states in part, "The following groups of arrangements are substantially different from each other, while arrangements listed in the same group are not substantially different from each other; other arrangements cannot apply this rule, but may still qualify for a distinct change under A.5.G below:
in pale
in fess
in bend
in bend sinister
in saltire, and two and two, and crossed in saltire
in cross
two and one, and three, two, and one
in orle and in annulo

Garnet staff believes that the very description of a sheaf as "two charges in saltire surmounted by a third" qualifies that arrangement as "in saltire", which is substantially different from "in annulo" as listed; thus qualifying for the SC. We request a clarification and ruling from Wreath regarding this point.

When Chekhov saw the long winter, he saw a winter bleak and dark and bereft of hope. Yet we know that winter is just another step in the cycle of life. But standing here among the people of Punxsutawney and basking in the warmth of their hearths and hearts, I couldn't imagine a better fate than a long and lustrous winter. --Phil Connors, Groundhog Day
