(My emphasis)

Badge returned November 2016 (Lochac), because (http://heraldry.sca.org/loar/2016/11/16-11lar.html#136)

Anne de Tournai. Badge. Gules, a swan naiant between three seeblätter Or.

This badge is returned for redraw because it blurs the distinction between the primary and secondary charge groups. Based on the respective sizes of the charges it is unclear whether the seeblätter are secondary or co-primary charges.

The Letter of Intent stated that this badge is to be associated with House Cambrai. On resubmission, the submitter should know we could not have made that association because that household name is not registered.

The household name is submitted with this, and the device has been redrawn to address relative sizes, which should fix the reasons for return.

Consulting Herald: ffride Joye sans fin, Kraé Glas

On the September 2016 LoAR, the submitted populace badge for the barony was returned: (http://heraldry.sca.org/loar/2016/09/16-09lar.html#203)

Kraé Glas, Barony of. Badge for populace. (Fieldless) A dolphin haurient azure breathing flames gules.

This badge is returned for presumption upon the arms of Dauphin, Prince of France: Or, a dolphin haurient azure finned gules. There is a DC for the difference between fielded and fieldless design but no other DC. The flames here are not considered a held charge and, although blazonable, do not count for difference for conflict checking purposes.

Hence, after a poll of suggestions received, the populace decided upon submitting the following badge:

(Fieldless) A dolphin haurient azure breathing flames gules, maintaining a trident Or.

We believe that maintained tridents count for difference, even if flames do not. Hence, the badge should now be clear of the arms of the Dauphin, Prince of France.
