The submitter is requesting an exception to RfS VII.2.b.i "The field must have good contrast with every charge placed directly on it and with charges placed overall" in accordance with RfS VII.6.b " a proposed exceptional armorial design element may be documented as characteristic of a specific regional armorial style". His documentation in support of this design comes from Nyulászi-Straub Éva's Öt évszázad címerei. All of the blazons are mine, based on the images. Some of the images are in hatched black and white drawings, and the tinctures are a bit hard to tell.

In support of the "crescent moon and sun" motif:

While boars are not especially common in the armory found in Nyulászi-Staub, all other parts of the motif are (excuse the pun) rampant - you can't turn a page without seeing three or four examples of these three motifs. We therefore believe that these arms are very much in keeping with 15th and 16th century Hungarian armorial style.
