3: Isabella the Patient - New Name (KLoI)

Sable, a tree blasted and eradicated argent on a chief Or a cat couchant guardant sable
Isabella - 95 occurrences according to 'Yorkshire Given Names from 1379' by Talan Gwynek (Brian M. Scott) https://heraldry.sca.org/names/yorkshire.html#yorkf
the Patient - An English descriptive byname. The COED gives the first definition of patient as "Bearing or enduring (pain, affliction, trouble, or evil of any kind) with composure, without discontent or complaint; having the quality or capacity of so bearing; exercising or possessing patience." Under this definition it cites the spelling <pacient> as early as 1370, while the modern, submitted spelling does not appear until 1596 in Shakespeare's Merchant of Venice. The earliest citation I have found of the modern spelling in reference to a personality trait is in 1590 from Spenser's Faerie Queen.
It seems consistent with other bynames describing temperament or personality. Reaney and Wilson attest:
"Henry Bolde, le Bolde 1317 AssK, 1327 SRSx" (s.n. Bold) from ME bold 'stout-hearted, courageous'
"Robert le Costent 1194, 1197 P (L), le Constent' ib." (s.n. Constant) as "Probably from OFr constant, Lat constans 'steadfast, resolute'"
"Osward le Gay 1176 P (Sr)" (s.n. Gay) from ME gai(e), OFr gai 'full of joy, lighthearted'
At worst the submitted <the Patient> should be acceptable as a Lingua Anglica version of the plausible period byname <le Pacient>. Many of the Reaney & Wilson citations also illustrate the pattern of the name as a whole.
In the online UK National Archives, we find Patient as a last name with an image.

New alternate name, submitter would like houjou to be spelled Hōjō. Houjou is a Japanese surname found in NCMJ p 318 dated to the Kamakura period, 1332.
Sukeko is a Japanese feminine nanori found in NCMJ p 305, dated to the Nanboku period, 1384. Per p 26, a descriptive element is not used in names belonging to the buke class, which this name is patterned as.
This badge may conflict with the badge of Clarissa Elana de Perrenoud (June 1981 via Atlantia): (Fieldless) Four mascles conjoined in cross, pommetty at all joints, Or. The image has been attached for comparison. There is a potential DC for changing the orientation of half the charge group and a potential DC for removing the pometty on the mascles in addition to the DC for fieldless vs fielded.
