Middle Irish Gaelic, Early Modern Irish Gaelic, Scottish Gaelic, Manx Gaelic, etc. are all part of the later Gaelic regional group; however, Escutcheon can not comment on the plausibility of "Colin O Flanory" as a later-period Gaelic name.

Gyronny of twelve argent and azure a sea-horse rampant to sinister Or.

This submission is a redesign of the badge submitted on the 2017-04-04 Middle ILoI as "Gyronny of twelve argent and azure, an escallop Or". (http://oscar.sca.org/kingdom/kingloi.php?kingdom=4&loi=4401)

The escallop badge was returned for conflict with the Barony of Tir-y-don's Order of the Whelk (Gyronny argent and azure a whelk, bell in chief, Or". Permission to conflilct was requested October 22, 2017 and was denied January 12, 2018.

From the June 2017 LoAR return of the original submission: "We would change the byname to the Polish Celjczowska, documented during commentary by ffride Joye Sans Fin, but this is a major change that the submitter does not allow."

OSCAR finds the name on the Middle LoI of August 22, 2017 as submitted.

Sable, between two dragons combatant an arrow inverted Or and on a chief argent three helms azure.

Device was submitted on the 2017-05-08 ILoI (http://oscar.sca.org/kingdom/kingloi.php?kingdom=4&loi=4464), but note was made that submitter's name was not actually in process. Submitter's name was passed on the 11/2017 LoAR (http://heraldry.sca.org/loar/2017/11/17-11lar.html#221).

This is the same device that appeared in the original ILoI.
