*****The given name was submitted as Aodh but according to the documentation that spelling is not accepted before the 13th century which happens to be the time frame for the surname. the submitter approve to the change to Aed which makes both names reconcile their times to each other

OSCAR finds the name registered exactly as it appears in July of 2012, via Meridies.

Per chevron throughout sable and gules, a sun within an orle of six bear paw prints Or charged with a bear paw print sable.

*****The word over all was removed from the blazon because having the orle does not allow the sun to be over all

*****submitted as Quarterly arrondi vert and argent, in bend sinister a raven rising and a raven rising contourny sable this was changed to the above blazon due to the posture of clearly being in a down ward and not upward direction

4: Kikuchi Kazumitsu - Resub Device

OSCAR finds the name on the Meridies LoI of February 28, 2017 as submitted.

Argent, two feathers palewise within an annulet sable.

Previous submission, "Argent, a tomoe azure within and conjoined to four feathers gules", was returned by Kingdom in August 2017.

Must be returned for further work. The device contained two steps from period practice: 1)Tomoe in groups of three, and 2)Items in annulo base-to-tip. Only one step from period practice is allowed within any armory.

*****A redraw was requested to to the annulet being thinner far more then what a artist note would cover. The submitter has approved of the redraw

5: Tullia Livia - New Name

Submitter desires a feminine name.
Culture (Roman) most important.

Tullia - Feminine form of the masculine Nomen "Tullius".

Livia - Feminine form of the masculine Cognomen "Livius".

Both name elements listed in An Introduction to Greek Epigraphy of the Hellenistic and Roman Periods by Bradley McLean, as quoted in Ursula Georges, "A Simple Guide to Imperial Roman Names", http://heraldry.sca.org/names/roman.html.

6: Wolfgang von Wuestenberg - New Badge

OSCAR finds the name registered exactly as it appears in June of 2000, via Calontir.

(Fieldless) A pithon erect sable.

*****A possible conflict was found with Eric de Dragonslaire registered in January of 1996 (via An Tir):(Fieldless) A dragon salient sable breathing flames gules. a python conflict with a wyvern as they are found to be variants but it is not clearly defined if they conflict with dragons as wyverns do. being that a python is so very rarly used it has been advance as a test case to find this answer
