OSCAR finds the name registered exactly as it appears in February of 2000, via the Middle.

Per pale gules and sable, a griffin rampant sustaining an axe Or.

This same device was returned by Laurel in Feb 2000 for conflict. The change to sustained/maintained charges on the August 2015 LoAR should clear the conflicts as the axe now counts for difference.
