The submitter intends to change only their given registered name, and retain their existing surname. The submitter has included a copy of their mundane birth certificate, which shows that their mundane legal middle name is <Lynne>.

If the submitter cannot use their mundane legal middle name as a registered given name, the submitter will allow a change to <Lynette>, which the submitter indicates is a character from Thomas Malory's Le Morte d'Arthur, circa 1470.

The submitter will also accept the following alternate spellings, if <Lynette> is not possible.

The submitter has contacted both conflicting registrants, and obtained permission to conflict from both. The resubmission is being made with no changes to the submitted device.
