The "attach an image to a comment" code has all been heavily re-worked. I've posted a few images, myself, to test, but if anyone notices any issues with it, please let me know ASAP? Also, submissions heralds can now attach up to five images other than the emblazons to a submission. This is expected to be useful for documentation purposes.

OSCAR was the victim of a disk crash at approximately 4am CST on the 21st. We're working to restore everything, we'll let you know when it's back up.

The Midrealm 11/30 LoI has been modified - the device and badge that were paired as Item #8 have been separated and the entire letter has been re-numbered. This has been done to minimize confusion.

There is a known issue with the O&A/LoI checking code that it does not handle joint registrations.

A whole lot of minor bug fixes and typo corrections were just integrated. Also some major ones: you can't enter commentary after a LoI expires, anymore. Also, some new functionality: OSCAR now checks non-name (and non-name-paired) submissions against the O&A and mentions if it finds it registered, registered with different accents and/or capitalization, on a LoI, or not at all.
