Anyone who can see an individual kingdom's internal LoIs can now search that kingdom's internal LoIs. Search is per-kingdom, not global across OSCAR.

The problem with ampersand characters (&) in uploaded image files should be fixed. I touched the code for creating and editing submissions for both emblazons and attached documentation, adding emblazons to existing LoIs, packet uploads, and comment images. If anyone finds problems, please report them immediately?

There has been an attempt to speed up OSCAR, by decreasing the number of queries done to show a LoI - caching some data in the submission record, and by adding new indices. Hopefully, it breaks nothing and adds speed. Please let me know immediately if this is not the case? Thanks!

The color correction algorithm now works with PNG images. If you don't see a color-corrected image, there's something wrong with the uploaded source image.

Submissions heralds: the LoI finalization bug reported by Keythong, where unpaired items were being flagged for not matching the filing name of the non-existent paired item... I believe that it's been fixed.

If anyone had trouble commenting for about the last 20 minutes, my apologies. Apparently, my testing on the new code was insufficient. I've rolled back, you can comment now.

NEW FEATURE: If you can comment, you should see a new feature when viewing submissions. Immediately after the name and submission types, there should be a line that says "Notify me when this X is commented on", possibly repeated if it is a paired submission. Clicking on this will do what it says - when anyone comments on the item, you will get email. It's a toggle, you turn it off by clicking on the 'turn off'.

OSCAR now supports and can handle all HTML character entities (like A for 'A'). It should handle them properly in all cases. A bunch of minor submissions-herald related bugs have also been squashed. Also, kingdom submissions heralds can now specify who they want to be able to proofread their kingdom-level LoIs/LoPs. If you see "King-Proofers" on the main OSCAR, that's what that's for.

An update to the site was made that (I hope) adds some small bug fixes and one major piece of behind-the-scenes functionality. There should not be problems, but please contact Istvan if you experience issues.

The notifications bug that did not allow kingdom notifications to be edited and to stay kingdom notifications has been fixed.
