NOTICE: As of Friday, 11 July, Robin Gallowglass has taken over OSCAR development and maintenance, as well as system administration of the CoA OSCAR site. I'll still be involved in the project, but I'm going to be a bit busy with this other job.

Theoretically, all issues with letters of comment, including duplicate comments and LoCs not having some dates noted on LoIs, should all be fixed. The database was never an issue, it was always the display code.

The Artemisia "June 1" LoI has been redated to 31 May, since the submissions herald was still in May when "finalize" was pressed.

I believe the issue with LoCs and comments on entire LoIs has been fixed.

The line that used to say "Authenticity NOT requested" has been removed. There was some confusion between that line and the mention of an authenticity request in the text. Had this line not been there, there would likely have been no confusion.

It is now possible to comment on entire LoIs. You must do it through the LoI interface -- the "Comment" control is immediately after the LoI date, at the top. Please report any issues you have with this or any new issues that seem to have come up because of it.

A reminder to submissions and principal heralds: Since LoIs are now entirely public documents, please do NOT publish the full legal name of anyone in your LoI text without prior, written permission of the client. This includes the need to redact it from a copy of PtC or any other signed document you are reproducing as part of the LoI. If the CoA needs to see it, please provide it in commentary. This is in keeping with the recent BoD ruling on the subject, please see that ruling for further information.
